We’ve partnered up with local farms to source a variety of shellfish directly from the small, independent growers practicing sustainable farming methods in the pristine waters of the Pacific Northwest. Located in Puget Sound, coastal Washington, and British Columbia, these farms showcase a diversity of flavors due to their differing merroir and harvest regions.
While most of our partner farms are local to the Pacific Northwest, some grow product on the East Coast, and always provide the best quality shellfish all year round. Depending on availability, we are happy to honor special requests and are proud to offer a variety of types and species!
Since our farms depend on Mother Nature, oysters are truly a gift. Availability fluctuates with the seasons, the harvests, and the tide. While we cannot confirm any specific variety more than a few days prior to your event, we do promise you a premium quality oyster and experience, every time!
